The information and documents submitted through the application form (such as photos of your driver’s license, bank card and health insurance card) are stored encrypted on servers located in Tokyo, Japan, and can only be accessed by authorized Vision Garage staff. Document photos are deleted automatically 6 months after the assessment is closed (completed or declined). The written application data is kept as a record of our service and can be deleted at your request through the contact channels below.
